N O T I C E
The resolution has been adopted. Unless within twenty (20) days from the date of publication hereof a petition signed by at least ten percent (10%) of the registered voters of the City shall have been filed with the City Recorder of the City protesting the issuance of the bonds, such bonds will be issued as proposed.

Public Comment
All City of Dickson meetings have two public comment periods.
1) Public Comment on Agenda Items - comments germane to any item on the agenda
2) Open Public Comment Period - comments on any matter that is germane to the jurisdiction of the local government body
In order to make a comment, you must register before the meeting.
The presiding officer shall establish an allotted time for each speaker and determine the order of speakers under the guidelines established in the City of Dickson Public Engagement Policy.
Speakers are required to follow the Public Comment Period Guidelines in the City of Dickson's Engagement Policy.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 600 East Walnut Street. The public hearing will be for:
ORDINANCE #1590: A Rezoning Request for 42.2 acers of property located on Hwy 46S (behind TriStar Natchez ER) (Map 129 Parcel 088.00) from B3 (Highway Commercial) to R3 (High Density Residential) for a single family / Townhome Development. & rezone a portion of property (approx. 3 acres) located at Hwy 46S / Nails Creek Rd. (Map 135 Parcel 1.01) from R-3 to B-3 by William Hostettler.
This is a map revision from an earlier rezoning approval. (Planning Commission approved on July 21, 2026)
